About VMP
VMP International is a media company specialising in lifestyle and sport.
We make the work, build the audience and turn the attention into revenue — for prestige brands, sporting organisations, athletes and founders. Founded in 2018 by Taylor Walsh, with work spanning professional sport and motorsport, luxury automotive and premium lifestyle.

Our Story
An institution that's better known than it is well run, commercially. That's the condition we work on, and it's why VMP was founded in 2018.
The work has been consistent since. A luxury automotive brokerage repositioned into the global top ten inside twelve months — six-figure net profit in its first operational year, sales up 75%, operating budget cut by 30%. Sponsorship architectures built for The PGA and the WPGA that turned two flagship events into six-figure commercial propositions, from concept to signed contract. Personal brand programmes for athletes whose name is the asset and whose career runs longer than the playing part of it.
Different sectors. One principle: reputation, made measurable.

What We Value
Candour
Honest counsel, given directly.
Clients hear what they need to hear, not what is easiest to say. We'll tell you when the partnership is wrong, when the valuation is optimistic, when the campaign flatters you and sells nothing. We're comfortable being the voice in the room that says no — and comfortable being the one that says let's go, often in the same conversation.
The value of an adviser lies in the conversations others avoid.
Judgement
Rigour applied under pressure.
The difficulty is never the making. It's knowing which piece of work is the right one when the information is incomplete and the stakes are high — which audience is worth chasing, which platform is a distraction, which campaign builds the brand rather than borrowing against it.
Every recommendation is tested, evidenced and weighed before it reaches you.
This is the judgement premium. It's what you're actually buying.
Trust
Relationships that outlast mandates.
Discretion as standard. Consistency over years, not quarters. We take the long view because the commercial gains that matter in these markets compound — and compounding requires someone still in the room in year five.
And one thing we practise more than we advertise
Commercial restraint.
Commercial restraint.
The deal you don't do. The collaboration you turn down. The reach you decline to chase, because reach for its own sake is a liability when your audience is small and your product is aspirational.
We measure the work by what it earns you, not by what it reaches.

Meet The Team
Founder & CEO
Taylor Walsh

For over a decade I've worked in the rooms of premium sport, motorsport, luxury and automotive, and the through-line is simple: take a business trading below its own name, take charge of how it's made, marketed and sold, and answer for the number at the end of it.
An engineer by training with First-Class honours in Management & Logistics — technical fluency paired with a negotiating record that turns conversations into signed agreements. Before VMP, at 22, I ran a multi-million-pound government apprenticeship programme end to end, leading a team of 30 and beating every KPI it was set.
What I actually do is diagnose where reputation and commercial performance have drifted apart, then build and run the thing that closes the gap. Usually that means taking charge of the output — the brand, the content, the campaigns, the PR — and holding it to a number rather than a schedule. Sometimes it's a pricing model nobody has looked at properly in a decade. Sometimes it's a sponsorship architecture. The diagnosis comes first, and I've been wrong often enough about which it would be to insist on doing it that way round.
Most of my work has been in golf and motorsport, and that's shaped how I think — industries full of organisations with long memories and short commercial attention spans. But the condition I work on isn't a sport. I've found it in a members' club, a brokerage, an event and a government-funded programme, and the work barely changed between them.
