Taylor began his career in business consultancy, providing expert analysis and recommendation’s to CEO’s at small independent companies to large corporations. This lead him to rewriting the apprenticeship recruitment system for the firm and exceeding targets to achieve funding and grants worth multiple millions.
Following this success, Taylor diversified to Motorsport Marketing were he re-wrote the rule book on how junior formula championships activate their brand. During this period, he worked with F1 World Champions, BTCC legends and many more at some of the most prestigious events in the word.
During an international pandemic, Taylor made the decision to expand the organisations horizons by changing the brands name to VMP International. Since then, the company has thrived and now work across multiple industries and with leading figures in both motorsport and golf.
Taylor and VMP recently designed and activated one of the fastest growing golfing brands in the UK, Elite Golf Performance Centres. Elite is run by PGA Director Paul McEvoy and together they have modernised how golf coaching is delivered to an audience. Alongside this, Taylor is a member of the PGA’s Business Management Group, attending network events across the UK including The Open Championship.
In 2021, Taylor has personally overseen corporate contracts in both the private and public sector which allows VMP to focus on delivering the best service available to its clients. VMP not only provides services to emerging start ups but also to multi million pound brands with a global reach.
