Ownership of Content

1. Ownership: All photography and videography featured on the VMP International website, social media channels and in any other digital or print format are the exclusive property of VMP International Ltd unless otherwise credited. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

2. Copyright: VMP International Ltd retains full copyright over all original visual content in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Any use of our images or videos must be approved by us in writing in advance.

4. Artificial Intelligence: Our visual content may not be used to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, nor may it be ingested into generative AI tools, without our prior written consent.

 

Content Creation Standards

1. Professional Standards: All photography and videography created by VMP International Ltd is developed with professionalism, creativity and attention to detail, ensuring alignment with our clients’ branding and our company values.

2. Ethical Practices: VMP International Ltd ensures that all individuals and locations featured in our content have granted the necessary permissions, in accordance with UK data protection and privacy laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Events and Venues: Where we capture content at events or third-party venues, we do so in accordance with the policies of the event organiser or venue and, where appropriate, with signage or notices informing attendees that photography or filming is taking place.

 

Prohibited Actions

1. Reproduction, modification or distribution of VMP International Ltd’s visual content without authorisation is strictly forbidden.

2. Unauthorised commercial use of VMP International Ltd’s photography or videography is prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Removal of watermarks, credits or metadata from our visual content is prohibited.

 

Privacy and Permissions

1. Personal Data: Any individuals captured in VMP International Ltd’s visual content can be assured that their images will be used responsibly and in line with applicable privacy laws. Consent is obtained where required, and our use of personal data within visual content is governed by our Privacy Policy.
