VMP International exists to close that gap.

Founded and led by Taylor Walsh, VMP is a boutique consultancy and creative studio working at the meeting point of premium sport, motorsport, luxury and automotive. We diagnose where brand and commercial strategy have drifted apart — then design the frameworks that bring them back together and turn standing into revenue.

For over a decade we have advised founders, boards and athletes across these worlds. We have built sponsorship architecture that generated six-figure revenue for national sporting bodies. We have repositioned a luxury brokerage into the global top ten in twelve months. And we have done it the way the work demands: with preparation, discretion and an absolute commitment to the number.

 

Our work has taken us across Europe — Paris, London, Switzerland and beyond — and into the trust of organisations including Ferrari North Europe, Sky F1, the Tommy Fleetwood Academy, Masters Historic Racing, the PGA and the WPGA.

I make the impossible happen. It isn't bravado — it's the job description.

When a target looks unreachable, a deal looks dead, or a brand looks stuck, that is the room I get called into. For over a decade I have advised founders, boards and athletes across luxury automotive, professional sport, motorsport and premium lifestyle — and I am known above all for one thing: I deliver.

My background is unusual, and useful. I am a First-Class honours graduate in Management & Logistics, with a further degree in Engineering — a rare combination of commercial discipline and technical rigour. At twenty-two, I was handed a multi-million-pound government apprenticeship programme and told to build it from the ground up: no template, no playbook, reporting straight to the CEO. I led a cross-functional team of thirty and beat every KPI we were set. That year taught me what I have built everything on since — give someone the whole problem and the stakes that come with it, and they will find a way to deliver.

 

I have negotiated high-value commercial contracts and multi-year partnership agreements directly with sponsors. I have designed and delivered the full commercial and media strategy for flagship PGA events, from concept to signed contract. And I have lived in the world I serve: I have driven cars spanning the last hundred years — Grand Prix, Le Mans, Mille Miglia and modern supercars — managed media on the grid at Goodwood, worked for the FIA and Motorsport UK at World Championship level, and stood alongside F1 World Champions, BTCC champions, Le Mans winners, Indy 500 drivers and PGA Tour players.

Strategic adviser. Negotiator. Non-Executive Director. Principled, fastidious, and unshakeable when the stakes are high.
